 There is something so special about the entrepreneurial mind and spirit; constantly innovating, creating and carving out a new path for others to follow. It's no wonder I found myself in start-ups, working directly with the people I admired so much. During this time I couldn't help but notice, all small business owners seem to hit a point where in order to grow, they must get out of their own way. The time comes when they must delegate fundamental tasks of their business to others in order to focus on the long term growth of their business. I observed many entrepreneurs reluctant to hand off things like social media, blogs, email campaigns and the parts of their business that allow them to communicate with their audiences and for good reason. These pieces hold the voice and oftentimes the heart of their business and finding someone that can tap into their message and share it in an effective and captivating way isn’t always easy. Fortunately, this is my specialty. With a passion for communication and the written word; capturing the spirit and essence of a business and sharing it in a way that feels authentic to the client is what Virtual Lexi is all about!
